We, and 100+ others, are trying to get money refunded on cruise excursions that never happened due to the ship not docking. When we booked we were reassured multiple times that the tours were refundable if the port was cancelled. Meanwhile the owner is cruising nonstop and enjoying her casino time.DO NOT USE unless you enjoy paying for a stranger’s vacation. I booked a tour for the day we would be in Greenland. I had asked the owner, Sandra O'Leary, on her face book advertisement if the tour was refundable if the cruise ship did not port.

Each port was a new opportunity to see a new part of the world, and they took advantage of every sight they could see. Oia enjoys a hilltop location which offers breath-taking views across the Gulf of Santorini. This beautiful village, with its narrow streets, traditional white churches and blue domes, is the perfect place to do a little souvenir shopping and enjoy the surroundings. Sandras cruise tours by Sandra Oleary is not a business I would ever do business with again. When hundreds of people started asking for refunds she changed the terms of service to Non Refundable to not pay us back. The only thing Carnival gave us was 400 per stateroom to use on the ship while we were sailing. You can decide for yourself if this is the type of business that you want to do business with.

Any reference to Sandra OLeary, I, Tour Operators, Guide is understood to include Sandra OLeary. We have used Sandras Cruise Tours for Europe on the Pride in 2022, 7 tours. Sandras tours are well organized, many include much more than what you get elsewhere, yet at a fraction of the price.
If you want to go to El Cid, hire a taxi at the port or find a time share to take you there (I don't do the time share thing myself but others have and had no problems). Hire a tender at port (after negotiating of course and yes there are a lot of them) and you will be just fine. If you are dead set on snorkling, have the tender take you over to Chileno bay as well.

The prices were very reasonable and provided us with all we asked for. We will use her adventures next time we travel. We are sailing 9/21 and we've booked the wild dolphin swim in Mazatlan through J&S in large part because it is an eco-tour and our guide will be a marine biologist. I like J&S so far because they're prompt and seem well organized and their prices are really great.
Per her own terms all refunds will be processed in 60 days. It is over 60 days and she has not returned 100% to everyone. She is also sending the new terms and tour description to the credit cards instead of the terms and description that was in effect at the time of booking. The date of her terms and tour description she sent to the credit card was Oct, 4, 23.
Unfortunately because of weather we did not get to Greenland. When we inquired about our refund we initially were told it would be a couple of weeks and then she changed the terms of service on her website to say it was not refundable. She has submitted falsified documents to our credit card company after we tried to file a chargeback. I won't tell you what to do with your money but this is a person to not be trusted.
I'm not sure if there were poor reviews for the one in PV, if so, it's a shame. I've never done the dolphins because it's usually very crowded. Several years ago on another cruise, some ppl who swam with the dolphins swore by it. She is a passenger selling excursions she has a website and creates FB groups where she promotes all her tours.
She advised people to claim their insurance which is fraude. My husband and I used Sandra's excursions while on a cruise trip from London to Miami. The buses were comfortable, modern and lovely. The excursions were jam packed full of activities but never felt rushed. We suffered thru some rain storms in England and Spain but didn't pause, which was fine with us. Sandra was amazingly patient when fellow travelers complained about the weather.
I wish I could rate this company zero stars. This company is dishonest and keeps your money even when she sells the tour as 100% refundable. She changed her website to non-refundable after our ship failed to port due to weather.
We also ensure all reviews are published without moderation. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active. We booked her tours for Norway and also had issues/ never again. Pride last May, sailed all summer and fall. Then the Celebration and sailed back to the USA. Sandra is very experieced, her tours are the best.
